May you be Resorceful!

Even though I already went through the Resource course with Sarah, the NS healing work sheโ€™s been sharing with us this past week in Opting Out Of Urgency feels so fresh. As I sit with the questions and do the homework, I notice myself dropping a layer deeper.

The topic of Relational Health feels especially charged for me. When I pendulate between myself and another, I see how often I lose my center. My focus shifts outward, I lean forward, seeking validation as I speak, and I tend to rush my words.

What helps is catching these tendencies, slowing down, and grounding myself with a few conscious breaths.

What surprises me most is how much more attuned Iโ€™ve become to my own energy and the energy of others. When I can stand in that tension field with more resources, Iโ€™m able to call in the tools I needโ€”whether itโ€™s grounding, motivating, or whatever the moment asks for.

The practice that feels most life-giving right now is โ€œpauseโ€“feelโ€“attune accordingly – chooseโ€

Where I sense the most possibilityโ€”and also the most challengeโ€”is in my relationships. This feels like the core of my lifeโ€™s work.

Whatโ€™s shifting for me is the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture. That perspective changes everything: it helps me recognize my loops and the patterns Iโ€™ve inherited.

Thank you so much, Sarah, for embodying the living wisdom of what you teach. Iโ€™m truly excited to begin our work in Resource 2.0. Blessings for theย Opting Out of Urgencyย workshop and for the beautiful workbook you shared with us. And blessings, too, for the time, care, and example you pour into all of thisโ€”it really shines through.

ย If youโ€™d like to revisit the replays from the 3-day workshop, theyโ€™re still availableโ€”and that alone might be your next step toward a more resourced nervous system. But stepping into the full 12+ week course could be one of the most powerful, life-changing choices you ever make.

Come join us! Iโ€™ll be there for sureโ€”holding space and expanding my own horizons right alongside you.

“A napokban az elsล‘ osztรกlyos kislรกnyunk, iskolรกba indulรกs elล‘tt kiborult azon, hogy a ruha amit rรกadtam olyan kรฉnyelmetlen, hogy szinte fojtogatja. What happens in the space of tension?

There is a space most of us would rush through: the space of tension between the familiar and the optimal.

Itโ€™s the place where our self-image begins to crumble. The place where our patterns beg and pull us to repeat the well-worn programs of behavior. The place where we try to calm down somehow and quickly return to โ€œnormal,โ€ to our baseline. Even if that baseline is only a holding pattern where we havenโ€™t truly felt good in a long time.

Now imagine that you pause instead.

That you have enough resources to hold the tension of the space between the familiar and the optimal, between the old and the new.

This is where the magic lives!

Sarah Tacy is one of the few who can guide others into this space with gentleness, depth, humility, and profound wisdom.

For more than 20 years, Sarah has been a trusted leader in nervous system healing and somatic exploration โ€“ working with Olympians, entrepreneurs, creatives, and mothers to help them reclaim vitality, access the bodyโ€™s intelligence, and create lives aligned with their most important personal values.

As a mother of two, Sarah herself has walked this path countless times โ€“ being moved out of her comfort zone and into deeper truth. Every time I am with her, I leave feeling more grounded and more myself. I am grateful to have met her!

Thatโ€™s why I am so delighted to invite you to her free 3-day workshop, if you are someone who

  • carries a lot,
  • knows there must be another way,
  • wants to feel that beyond the rush there is a better solution,

then this experience may feel like taking a deep breath after holding it for far too long!

Because here is the truth:
โœจ It was never the point to trade your vitality for performance.
โœจ It was never the point to prove your worth through exhaustion.
โœจ It was never the point to push yourself so hard that you forget why you began.

This isnโ€™t about giving up on your ambitions.
Itโ€™s about reclaiming your bodyโ€™s pace, your right to rest, and a form of strength that doesnโ€™t require sacrificing your health.

Weโ€™ve already begun, but itโ€™s not too late to join! The next session is on Thrusday 18th of September 2025, from 12:00-1:30pm EST On this day weโ€™ll explore Sacred Thirding โ€“ discovering new possibilities beyond โ€œeitherโ€“orโ€ thinking.

Doesn’t really matter where you start, start where you are, and the rest will come in right timing!

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can register here.

Be well!

I hope to see you there!

(P.S. If you miss the live call, youโ€™ll get access to the recording once you register!)

Where Choice Lives

My dear friend and mentor Sarah Tacy is leading a free 3-day workshop starting today, September 16, 2025, from 12:00-1:30pm EST and I would be so happy if you joined us:

  • If you long for more in your life โ€“
  • If urgency is running the show โ€“
  • If youโ€™re ready to choose true, sustainable self-leadership instead of constant overwhelm โ€“
    This is your invitation.

This is not about abandoning what matters.

And this invitation comes from someone I trust deeply โ€“ not only because of her decades of experience guiding nervous system regeneration and somatic healing for former Olympians, entrepreneurs, and everyday people โ€“ but also because she lives this work.

She knows what it means to lead, to give birth, to build and to create from deep embodiment. And she is the kind of teacher who always reminds you that there is another way.

Todayโ€™s session:
Day 1 โ€“ Where choice lives โ€“ Reclaiming space and pace between impulse and action.

Youโ€™ll discover what becomes possible when urgency quiets enough for you to feel your truth again.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Itโ€™s not too late to join โ€” you can register here.

This space is not about fixing ourselves!
Itโ€™s about resourcing yourself.

So you can move through your life with more choice, more grounding, and a fuller expression of who you are.

I hope to see you there!

(P.S. If you miss the live call, youโ€™ll get access to the recording once you register!)

Rebuilding your inner rhythm

โ€œItโ€™s not just hard. Itโ€™s not just unknown. It feels as if everything would fall apart if I didnโ€™t keep going.โ€ โ€“ I often heard this inner voice in my head, until one day Sarah put into words this urgent feeling in a way I had never heard before:

This is why I love learning, sharing, and reflecting with others who, like me, are seeking tangible ways to easily shift patterns we once thought were fixed.

And this is also why I want to share with you her free 3-day workshop, which will take place on September 16, 18, and 19, 2025, from

During these 3 days, youโ€™ll have the chance to explore a simple method that can help you re-train yourself to balance intensity and rest โ€“ without losing your momentum or your personality. And to realize that your values can also thrive at your own rhythm.

The space Sarah creates has always been deeply nourishing for me, even in the digital realm!

Before becoming a mother, Sarah worked with professional athletes. I love her stories, like the one she shared about asking a professional hockey player โ€“ a captain and Stanley Cup champion who played for 21 years โ€“ how he managed to stay at the top level for so long.

โ€œRecovery breaks. The young ones run through walls โ€“ but within a few years, they burn out,โ€ answered the Olympian.

And this is really what this workshop is about:

Sarahโ€™s work doesnโ€™t emphasize calmness โ€” instead, it calls you into clarity and to remain present for just a moment longer. Not from perfection, but from devotion. Itโ€™s about developing the capacity to allow the emotions moving within you to be fully expressed.

The space Sarah creates feels grounding and powerful to me. A place where you can return to yourself โ€“ not to deny growth, but to grow without exhaustion.

If this speaks to you โ€“ or to someone you support โ€“

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can register here

Rushing Calmly

There is something I would like to share with you โ€“ something very personal, and perhaps also perspective-shifting.

Itโ€™s about urgency โ€“ and about what becomes possible when we begin to step out of it.

I donโ€™t mean ignoring responsibilities. I mean stepping out of the constant rushโ€ฆ out of the pressure to hold everything togetherโ€ฆ out of the compulsion to fix, prove, or achieve in a hurry before even taking a breath.

I once heard the Dalai Lama speak about how itโ€™s possible to rush while remaining completely calm. This teaching stayed with me, because when I first heard it, it really upset me! I felt angry and flustrated, and thought this is just impossible!

But then I discovered Sarah Tacy Tangredi โ€“ with whom Iโ€™ve been studying Nervous System Harmonization since 2023 โ€“ and I experienced that it truly is possible to โ€œrush calmly.

Now she has created a free 3-day workshop titled Opting Out Of Urgency. It will take place on September 16, 18, and 19, 2025, from 12:00-1:30pm EST! It is grounded in science, honors the soul, and focuses on re-patterning the nervous system.

I would now like to invite you to this program as well! Let me tell you why!

Urgency narrows our perspective. It convinces our body that there is no time, no choice, no way to slow down. It feels real โ€“ because once, it really did keep us safe. But it is no longer the only way.

From this pause, our capacity to feel returns. Real choice returns. Clarity returns.

And most surprisingly: you return โ€“ to your own rhythm, to your own life force.

I myself have felt this sense of urgency in these September days, as my daughter started school. Itโ€™s a huge transition for us after pre-school, and often I catch myself feeling compelled to rush her, to hurry her in the mornings as we get ready.

Then I slow down, and I notice that this is an old program โ€“ one I also inherited. The study of the nervous system, and the ability to read and harmonize it, is also part of my programs also.

My Autumn program has already begun. But you donโ€™t need to feel rushed, because there is always another opportunity waiting for you!

Opting Out of Urgency Workshop content:

๐ŸŒฟ Day 1: Where choice lives โ€“ Reclaiming space and pace between impulse and action.

๐ŸŒฟ Day 2: Sacred third โ€“ Finding new possibilities beyond โ€œeitherโ€“orโ€ thinking.

๐ŸŒฟ Day 3: Relational health โ€“ Healing what urgency has shaped in the way we connect with others.

This is not about performance. It is about coming home to our feminine essence.

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can register here

Expect gentle daily practices, live guidance, and insights that will stay with you for a long time. And all of this completely free!

Maybe youโ€™re not as โ€œsensitiveโ€ as you thought.

Maybe youโ€™re simply ready for a new path.

It begins here.

Join us as we explore the idea of โ€œrushing calmlyโ€ and cultivate the superpower of moving beyond urgency.

Dare to step in!

How could you know that you’re healing?

How do I know if I am healing? How can I truly tell whether I am walking the right path?

These questions return to me again and again.

Iโ€™ve spent much of my life concerned with how I use my time, wary of filling it with knowledge or pursuits that might not carry true meaning for me.

In my twenties, I felt a strong pull toward Western Astrology, and for a year I immersed myself in itโ€”yet I did not continue. Years before, I had the urge to play an instrument. I studied violin for two years, then set it down. There are other examples, but what I wish to share is this: it may not make sense in the moment, it may appear to be failure or a false startโ€”but with time, the bigger picture begins to reveal itself. Slowly, the pieces find their place.

When we look back, so much of what we call โ€œsuccessโ€ or โ€œfailureโ€ depends entirely on the perspective from which we see.

Just yesterday, I felt myself exactly where I wanted to be. My daughter was in the middle of a storm over her clothing, and instead of being swept into it, I chose silence. By staying quiet, I shifted the momentum of that moment. And in the space I left, her father stepped forwardโ€”calm, steady, grounded. My silence gave him room, and his presence gave me a renewal on my perspective.

It wasnโ€™t the first time he has reminded me of what truly matters in the midst of chaos. This is why I find this moment so significant for me and for us as a family.

When one of us falters and the other holds steadyโ€”offering space, compassion, and connection instead of fear or controlโ€”something sacred opens. This is not about striving toward some final destination, some perfected self. Healing isnโ€™t a straight path of improvement. There will always be new opportunities to soften, to expand, to deepen.

The heart of healing is learning to embody your truest self without shame. Itโ€™s arriving at a place where you see that nothing is broken, nothing needs fixingโ€”only unfolding. And in that recognition, you can finally rest. Rest in what is. Rest in who you are. Rest in the presence of those around you.

From there, the world comes alive again. You begin to sense, to see, to touch life with beginnerโ€™s eyesโ€”with the wonder of a child. You notice beauty even in difficulty, because you begin to recognize the hidden gifts of your shadows. You see that your fears and frustrations are not flaws, but echoes etched into your nervous system long agoโ€”waiting to be unlocked, witnessed, and released.

The knowledge of the nervous system is simple to find. A quick search can give you the concepts. But the true workโ€”the artโ€”is in living it, in practicing it, in applying it in the heat of the moment.

This is why I love sitting with kindred souls, learning together, sharing tools that shape not just our own lives but the lives of our children. For if we care enough to learn, to heal, to soften, then what we pass on to them is no longer our unhealed weight, but our wisdom. This is the inheritance I wish to offer my daughter: a way of living, a set of tools, a deep knowing that emotional freedom is possible.

And if your heart longs for this kind of learning, for the nourishment of these good vibrations, then you are already on the path.

Come, to join us through a 3 day long free workshop, which will be in 2025. September 16, 18, 19. 12:00-1:30pm EST which is called Opting Out Of Urgency and my friend and mentor Sarah Tacy holds.

A seed in the soil

I was playing with the words above as I have been looking for an answer to the question of “How can I carry all that I wanna say?”

Poems are the language of the soul, and the wisdom traditions remind us that the soul is eternal. If that is true, then everything I have forgotten is encoded within me. Lately, Iโ€™ve been exploring my birth chart through Western Astrology, Human Design, and the Gene Keys, and the clarity these systems bring has truly blown my mind. I try to take it step by step, even though part of me longs to understand it all at once.

Somatic writingโ€”the modality I will soon introduceโ€”helps me ground myself and reconnect with the present moment.

Another ally in stabilizing myself is Sarah Tacy’s work, which I highly recommend to anyone seeking a gentle approach to nervous system healing. Her unique perspective on challenging topics like trauma offers deep healing through a profoundly nurturing approach.

Come, to meet her through a 3 day long free workshop, which will be in 2025. September 16, 18, 19. 12:00-1:30pm EST which is called Opting Out Of Urgency.

The Path is virgin

The path is virginโ€”there is no one to follow. It is time to fall in love with our own processes, with our own lives. These past few days have been life-changing for me, because I discovered something that was always within me, though I had forgotten it.

Since childhood, I have carried a deep drive to create something new. I feel that when I am learning something new or developing my ideas, I am on the right path.

All creative people would agree that this way of living can be very lonely, as one is constantly focused on the work that must be done. Yet this very focus brought me a revelationโ€”it allowed me to meet the right people at the right time.

Now, as I write these words, and as we enter the eclipse season, I feel more than ever that we need a supportive community to walk with us on our lifeโ€™s path.

In my own offerings, I work persistently and lovingly so that what I share appears fresh and renewing. I believe what we need is a spark, not a bonfire. This is why I guide my students to awaken their own genius, showing them a way to sustain this precious connection.

And this is what I seek in my own inquiry: to find those who shine their light with fearless originality.

This is why I love all what Sarah Tacy offers. And this is why this buzzing enthusiasm I feel inside.

Now the exciting news, is this that you could meet her through a 3 day long free workshop, which will be in 2025. September 16, 18, 19. 12:00-1:30pm EST!

I hope you’ll join us! Because I really would like to introduce her work to you!

Szeptemberi Hullรณ falevelek Teliholdja: Szomatikus รrรกs

Szeretettel kรถszรถntelek, az augusztusi kukorica hold utรกn szeptemberben, a hullรณ falevelek teliholdjรกn a hold idล‘ tanรญtรกsaival.

Ehhez igazรญtom a belsล‘ irรกnytลฑmet; a ciklikus- nem pedig a lineรกris idล‘hรถz. Szeretnรฉk teljes szรญvvel รฉs lรฉlekkel jelen lenni a teljessรฉg, az elengedรฉs รฉs az รบjjรกszรผletรฉs pillanataiban รฉs nem sodrรณdni a teljesรญtรฉs, a megfelelni vรกgyรกs รฉs a nyomรกs รกltal; hogy mindent tรถkรฉletesen csinรกljak.

Ez a telihold lassรญtani hรญv, arra, hogy visszahรญvjuk a szรฉtszรณrt energiรกkat.

ร‰n is napi szinten hasznรกlom azokat a szomatikus gyakorlatokat amelyeket a nyรกri hรณnapokban megosztottam. รgy kรถnnyebb emlรฉkezni a testem csendes bรถlcsessรฉgรฉre. A Rezonancia Lรฉgzรฉs gyakorlata amelyet jรบliusban osztottam meg abban tรกmogat meg elsล‘sorban, hogy a megรฉlt stresszbล‘l belsล‘ egyensรบlyt teremtsek, azzal, hogy a lรฉgzรฉsfigyelรฉssel รฉs a kilรฉgzรฉsem hosszรกnak a nรถvelรฉsรฉvel รถsszehangolom a csapongรณ elmรฉm a lรฉlegzetem puhasรกgรกval. Csodรกlatos megfigyelni, ahogy az idegrendszer egy egรฉszen egyszerลฑ lรฉgzรฉstechnika segรญtsรฉgรฉvel mint a rezonancia lรฉgzรฉs 4:6 lรฉgzรฉsmintรกja hangolhatรณ, mลฑkรถdรฉse harmonizรกlhatรณ.

Augusztusban elsล‘sorban az volt a cรฉlom a leghatรกsosabb Szomatikus Gyakorlatok รกtadรกsรกval, hogy megmutassam a lรฉgzรฉsen kรญvรผl milyen mรกs egyszerลฑ eszkรถzรถkkel รฉrhetล‘ el az ร‰rzelmi Alkรญmia.

Ezeken a 8 napos Bรถlcsessรฉg รtadรกsokon azt szerettem volna megmutatni, hogy mikor minden kaotikusnak tลฑnik, felismerd, a rรฉg beidegzล‘dรถtt vรกlaszreakciรณk ismรฉtlรฉse nem annak a jelei, hogy bรกrmi mรณdon is tรถrรถtt lennรฉl, hanem felkรฉrรฉs arra, hogy
๐ŸŒ• Lรกgyulj bele abba, hogy meghallod tested jelzรฉseit,
๐ŸŒ• Tรกgรญtsd a komfortzรณnรกdat, lรฉlegzetrล‘l lรฉlegzetre.

A szeptemberi telihold fรฉnykรถrรฉben egy szomatikus รญrรกsgyakorlat keretรฉben hรญvlak รถnmagad megismerรฉsรฉre!

A szomatikus รญrรกs lรฉnyege, hogy a test bรถlcsessรฉgรฉt hรญvjuk be a naplรณzรกs folyamatรกba: nemcsak a gondolatokat รญrjuk le, hanem azt is, amit a test รฉrzรฉkel, jelez, รผzen.

๐ŸŒ• Szomatikus naplรณzรณ folyamat

Elล‘szรถr is helyezkedj el kรฉnyelmesen, รฉs teremts olyan feltรฉteleket magadnak, amelyben zavartalanul tudsz kicsit magadban lenni. Ha teheted add meg a mรณdjรกt: tรฉgy egy vรกza friss virรกgot az asztalodra, gyรบjts egy gyertyรกt. Vegyรฉl magadhoz egy kedvenc illatod รฉs szaglรกssz bele.

ร‰rintรฉses, testรฉrzรฉkelรฉst tรกmogatรณ gyakorlat:

  • Simogasd meg a jobb kรฉzfejed hรกtรกt a bal kezeddel. Vรกltรกs oldalt. Ismรฉteld 3-szor.
  • Folytasd az alkarokkal, vรกltogatva ide-oda. Ismรฉteld 3-szor. (Keress olyan tempรณt, ami jรณl esik.)
  • Vond be a felkarok hรกtsรณ rรฉszรฉt is. Ismรฉteld 3-szor.
  • Masszรญrozd meg a fejed รฉs a nyakad hรกtsรณ rรฉszรฉt. (Annyi ideig, ameddig jรณl esik.)
Maradj itt 5โ€“10 lรฉlegzetvรฉtelig, engedve, hogy a tested emlรฉkezzen erre a helyre, ritmusra รฉs รฉrzรฉsre. Ez a rรฉsz igazรกn fontos, kรฉrlek, ne hagyd ki!
  • Ezutรกn hรญvd be annak az รฉrzรฉsรฉt, hogy ki vagy mi รกllt mรกr melletted: lehet egy fa, egy barรกt, egy hรกziรกllat, egy csalรกdtag, egy ล‘s, stb. Tรถlts itt 1โ€“5 percet.
ร‰n ezt โ€žmegerล‘sรญtล‘ fiziolรณgiรกnakโ€ hรญvom.
  • Vรฉgรผl, ezzel a hรกtadban hordozott tudatossรกggal, finoman fordรญtsd elล‘re a tekinteted, รฉs figyeld meg most milyennek tapasztalod a vilรกgot magad kรถrรผl รฉs magadat benne! Figyeld meg, mi vรกltozik, amikor egyszerre tartod szem elล‘tt a feladataidat รฉs ezt a tรกgasabb, tรกmogatรณ รฉrzรฉst a tested kรถrรผl.

Ha รบgy รฉrzed ennyi elรฉg volt, รกllj meg itt, รฉs tรฉrj vissza a mรกsodik rรฉszhez kรฉsล‘bb/ egy mรกsik alkalommal.

De ha kรฉszen รกllsz most, akkor vedd elล‘ a naplรณd!

Az itt รถsszeรกllรญtott fokozatosan รฉpรผlล‘ naplรณzรณ kรฉrdรฉssor, abban tรกmogat meg, hogy a testeden keresztรผl kapcsolรณdj รถnmagadhoz รฉs az รกtalakulรกs folyamatรกhoz.

1. Kapcsolรณdj a testedhez:

  • Most, ahogy รญrok, hol รฉrzem leginkรกbb a testemben az รกtalakulรกs folyamatait/mi vรกltozik?
  • Van-e egy testrรฉszem, ami hรญvja a figyelmemet? Mit รผzenhet?

(ha szรผksรฉgรฉt รฉrzed รกll fรถl, mozogj mielล‘tt รญrnรกl)

2. ร‰rzรฉsek megengedรฉse:

  • Ha a testem most egy szรญn/forma lenne, milyen szรญn/forma lenne?

(hasznรกlj szรญneket, rajzolj, hasznรกld valรณban a hangod!)

3. Elengedรฉs (telihold energiรกjรกval รถsszhangban):

  • Mit hordoz a testem, amit mรกr ideje lenne letenni?
  • Melyik rรฉgi reakciรณmintรกt รฉrzem most is jelen a testemben? Hogyan tudom szeretettel elengedni?

  • Hogyan รฉreznรฉm magam a testemben, ha tรถbb rugalmassรกg รฉs tรกgassรกg lenne bennem?

5. Jรถvล‘kรฉp รฉs รกtalakulรกs:

  • Hogyan vรกltozna a kapcsolatom a gyermekemmel/pรกrommal/szeretteimmel/kollegรกimmal, ha jobban hallgatnรฉk a testem jelzรฉseire?
  • Mit szeretnรฉk, hogy a testem mesรฉljen nekem a kรถvetkezล‘ holdciklusban?

Ezek a kรฉrdรฉsek fokozatosan vezetik a figyelmet a testtล‘l az รฉrzรฉseken รกt az elengedรฉsig รฉs รบj minล‘sรฉgek befogadรกsรกig, ami a szomatikus รญrรกs szรฉp รญvรฉt adja. Ha kรถzben jรถnnek รถtletek, ha a tested szeretne megmozdulni, รฉbred benned a kreativitรกs, ne รกllj ellen! Ha blokkoltnak รฉrzed, tรฉrj vissza a kรฉrdรฉsekhez kรฉsล‘bb.

Ha kรฉszen รกllsz arra, hogy az รกtalakulรกs folyamatรกt egy tรกmogatรณ kรถzรถssรฉg rรฉszekรฉnt รฉld meg, szeretettel meghรญvlak a szeptember 9-รฉn indulรณ LรฉlekZEN Mastermind Programomra, amelyben lรฉpรฉsrล‘l lรฉpรฉsre tรกmogatlak meg โ€” a kis mikro-gyakorlatoktรณl a tartรณs rugalmassรกgig โ€”, hogy minden nap magabiztosan, jelenlรฉttel รฉbredj.

Lรฉpj tovรกbb, รฉs ismerd meg a teljes programot, ami segรญt valรณban visszahรณdรญtani a hatalmad รฉs megรฉlni az รฉnerล‘d! A LรฉlekZEN Mastermind Program segรญt lรฉtrehozni a tartรณs nyugalmat, jelenlรฉtet รฉs kapcsolatot az รฉleted minden terรผletรฉn, tarts velem, ha รฉrzed a hรญvรกst, lรฉgy te is forrรกsokban gazdag!
