My vision

I will support you primarily in paying attention to yourself. I help you remember how do you find your own inner guidance. I will introduce you to several yoga styles, relaxation and meditation techniques and somatic excercises. I will share how I myself integrate into my everyday life those simple life rituals that support me in waking up from one season to another with renewed strength.

My commitment

If you stay with me long enough, you will learn how to establish and align your yoga practice with the rhythms of your cycle. You will be introduced to health-supporting practices drawn from the wisdom traditions of India and the Andes, as well as simple approaches that help regulate and support the nervous system.

I will share what I have learned about movement, breath, rest, and cycle-aware practices, and introduce rituals that can be gently woven into everyday life. My intention is to help you cultivate a deeper relationship with your body and support its innate capacity for renewal, healing, and self-regulation.

I remain devoted to the principles that guide both my life and my work. They are the foundations upon which I build my practice, my teaching, and my relationships.

As someone who continues to be deeply curious about life and its mysteries, I do not claim to have all the answers. Instead, I walk the path of inquiry myself. If our paths cross, my hope is that my questions, reflections, and experiences will inspire you to explore your own.

What I Offer

I am here to offer you a little more grace.

More mindfulness, ease, and elegance in the areas of life that matter most to you.

My work brings together yoga therapy, mindful living, and conscious parenting—the practice of caring not only for our children, but for ourselves as well. I offer one-on-one consultations and group coaching for those who wish to return to simplicity, deepen self-trust, and reconnect with the abundance that is already present.

I teach practices that help you come back to what is essential—and learn how to use what you already have as a source of support, nourishment, and renewal.

THE SUN WAS HONORED IN MANY CULTURS. IN ASHTANGA YOGA, WE START OUR PRACTICE WITH THE SUN SALUTATION. THE ANCIENT INCAS BELIEVED THAT THE LIGHT IN THE SKY EMANATES FROM THE ALL-EMBRACING ORIGINAL LIGHT THAT PERMEATES AND SURROUNDS ALL THAT EXISTS. HOWEVER, THE SKY COVERS THIS AND WE CAN ONLY GET THIS LIFE-GIVING SOURCE THROUGH THE GAP CREATED IN IT.

For me, the solar energies represents all those who positively influence my life. All those from whom I can learn. All those who show the way through their own example. All those who lead with love, wisdom and compassion.

Those who enrich my life with tools that help me express my life path and my unique message more fully.
