Even though I already went through the Resource course with Sarah, the NS healing work she’s been sharing with us this past week in Opting Out Of Urgency feels so fresh. As I sit with the questions and do the homework, I notice myself dropping a layer deeper.
The topic of Relational Health feels especially charged for me. When I pendulate between myself and another, I see how often I lose my center. My focus shifts outward, I lean forward, seeking validation as I speak, and I tend to rush my words.
What helps is catching these tendencies, slowing down, and grounding myself with a few conscious breaths.

What surprises me most is how much more attuned I’ve become to my own energy and the energy of others. When I can stand in that tension field with more resources, I’m able to call in the tools I need—whether it’s grounding, motivating, or whatever the moment asks for.
The practice that feels most life-giving right now is “pause–feel–attune accordingly – choose”
Where I sense the most possibility—and also the most challenge—is in my relationships. This feels like the core of my life’s work.
What’s shifting for me is the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture. That perspective changes everything: it helps me recognize my loops and the patterns I’ve inherited.
Thank you so much, Sarah, for embodying the living wisdom of what you teach. I’m truly excited to begin our work in Resource 2.0. Blessings for the Opting Out of Urgency workshop and for the beautiful workbook you shared with us. And blessings, too, for the time, care, and example you pour into all of this—it really shines through.
If you’d like to revisit the replays from the 3-day workshop, they’re still available—and that alone might be your next step toward a more resourced nervous system. But stepping into the full 12+ week course could be one of the most powerful, life-changing choices you ever make.
Come join us! I’ll be there for sure—holding space and expanding my own horizons right alongside you.

Be well!
I hope to see you there!
