The traditional way to teach Ashtanga Yoga is what we call Mysore style. In these classes we focus on designing a yoga practice suited to each student individual need. A personally designed yoga practice insures faster and better results in improving your life in many areas than generalized classes. Every class there is many opportunity to get explanations, and feedbacks on your practice however we focus on the practice itself, not on explanations.
You learn how to work with your breath to develop a more refined body awareness which would also give you more confidence in your everyday life.
